Thank you for shopping at Sasti Vasthralya. We are dedicated to delivering your beautiful traditional sarees to you safely and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Cost: We are happy to offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or minimum order values required.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons like Onam), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message/email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your saree's journey directly on our delivery partner's portal.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India through reliable domestic courier services. If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days.

5. Damages & Missing Parcels

Sasti Vasthralya is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please take a clear unboxing video and contact our customer support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can process a quick replacement for you.
